Homefront America, Inc., is an "all volunteer" 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization comprised of military service members, veterans, their spouses, and families who understand the hardships and challenges of our military families that are left behind when a service member is away serving our country

OUR MISSION AND GOALS

• To dedicate ourselves to serving our Men and Women in uniform by Honoring and Supporting their families at home with compassion, care, guidance, and meaningful assistance in their time of need
• To inspire every American to actively honor our military service members and their families
• To provide an avenue of public expression to meet the mission of Homefront America
• To empower the lives of those who willingly safeguard our Nation

• Communications Officer and member of the training cadre, Marine Expeditionary Unit Special Operations Qualification Training
• Officer in Charge of the Network Operations Center, Headquarters Marine Corp Forces Europe
• Deputy Inspector for the Combined Coordination Center, Combined Support Force 536 following the tsunami disaster
• Hospital Liaison Officer in Charge and developed a database that revolutionized the Marine Corps' ability to support wounded Marines and their families

 John P. Mutz

• Over twenty years experience in leadership development
• Founder of the Leadership Education and Consulting Resources, Inc.
• Twenty-five years of service with the Los Angeles Police Department.  Retired as the department's Captain in 1999
• Recognized by the California Council for Quality and Service for winning consecutive quality service awards
• Graduate of University of Southern California, School of Public Administration
• Past Director of Board Development of the American Cancer Society
• Member of the Immaculate Heart Community, Los Angeles

 Thomas E. Lasser - LTC NGCA (ret)

• Seven years Active Duty Army.  Thirty-three years with the California Air National Guard with thirty years served full-time
• Army aviator with over 6,000 flying hours, including more than 1,000 helicopter missions in Vietnam and nearly 1,800 combat flight hours
• Two tours of duty in Vietnam as a helicopter pilot - UH-1 "Hueys" and Boeing CH-47 "Chinooks"
• Commander at both Company and Battalion levels in a variety of staff positions including Headquarters - California National Guard in Sacramento, California
• Three years as the Military Liaison in the Governors Los Angeles Office
• Airfield Commander, Los Alamitos Army Airfield, Joint Forces Training Base
• Southern California Legislative Liaison Officer for the California National Guard
• Military honors include the Distinguished Flying Cross, Purple Heart, Legion of Merit, Air Medal with 35 Oak Leaf Clusters, Meritorious Service Medals, Bronze Star and various other commendations, service awards and campaign ribbons.
• Unit honors include the Valorous Unit Award, Army Superior Unit Award, and Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry
