General Policy
Homefront America, Inc. exercises its best efforts to respect, safeguard, and
protect the privacy of our online visitors and donors. We will not sell
information that is provided to us by our visitors and/or donors to a third
party.
However, we may share financial donor postal mailing lists with other nonprofit
organizations. However, if you are a financial supporter of Homefront America,
and you do not wish to be on any exchange lists with other nonprofits, you may
request that we withhold your information from any list exchanges by e-mailing

address exactly as written on your contribution to the organization.
Credit Card / EFT Policy
We take seriously the concerns our donors may have regarding the safety and
security of their on-line credit card and/or other electronic financial
transactions. The encryption and https security protocol we employ is a high
grade industry standard security protocol. This protocol makes it extremely
difficult for anyone to intercept information submitted to us electronically.
Our credit card processing vendor also uses a high grade encryption and security
protocols. Donors may also elect to make their credit card contributions by

All credit card contributions made by mail must
include the cardholder’s name, address, credit card number, 3 digit verification
I.D. as shown on the back of the credit card, credit card expiration date, and
signature of authorized cardholder.
Refund Policy
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about
contributing to Homefront America, we will honor your request for a refund. To
request a refund, please e-mail your request to
info@homefrontamerica.org within fifteen (15) days of your donation. Refunds
are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by
credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
Personal Information Policy
We apply the same high grade industry standard encryption and security protocol
in collecting our donors’ personal information as we do with our credit card
and/or other electronic financial transactions.
Pledge and Commitment to our Donors
In addition to our commitment in using high grade industry standard encryption
and security protocols to protect and safeguard the private information of our
donors, we strive to always maintain the highest level of due diligence,
consistency, and accuracy in recording our donors’ contribution information. We
achieve this by applying stringent internal controls and employment of accepted
accounting business practices in the recording of our financial transactions.
