Re: 2007 American
Patriot Freedom Scholarship
First of all, I would
like to thank all of you for your participation in our 2007 American
Patriot Freedom Scholarship program. A total of 600 essays were
received from around the globe, and every essay was wonderfully written
and deserving of recognition.
As with last year, the
2007 American Patriot Freedom Scholarship program is made possible by
the generosity of the W. Daniel Tate Family and Sara's Hope Charitable
Foundation. Their unwavering support and commitment to serve our
military has and continues to be awe inspiring, not to mention far
reaching.
It is without a doubt
from testimonials received by our 2006 recipients, and from the number
of participants this year that the American Patriot Freedom Scholarship
is a much need program for our military dependent children.
With this in mind,
we will always work hard at seeking out the available resources to help
perpetuate this program. This is our commitment to you.
In closing, I would
like to say on behalf of the Tate Family and their Foundation, Homefront
America's Board of Directors, Advisory Board Members, brilliant panel of
nearly twenty-five judges, and other selfless volunteers who worked
tirelessly to help coordinate and administer the 2007 American
Patriot Freedom Scholarship Program; please accept my most sincere
congratulations to each and every one of you for a job well done.
As always, my best to
all of you in your future endeavors.
