Every military family deserves to celebrate Thanksgiving with a delicious turkey. Each year, the Homefront America "Giving Thanks to Heroes" program provides military families with all the necessary side fixings, Marie Callenders pumpkin pie, and a Turkey gift certificate, redeemable at any commissary or local grocer, for their Thanksgiving dinners. Help us to include a $ 10.00 Turkey Certificate with their groceries.
What do families receive?Cranberry Sauce, Gravy Mix, Canned Peas, Corn and Green Beans, Yams, Marie Callenders' Pumpkin Pie, Mashed Potato Mix, Turkey Stuffing, Corn Muffin mix, and Marshmallows. In addition, families receive a Turkey Certificate. How many families does the program serve?The program serves 250 plus families stationed at Camp Pendleton and surrounding military communities.How can you help?You can help by sponsoring one or more Turkey Certificates for our military families this Thanksgiving holiday. Each certificate is valued at $ 10.00, and can be redeemed at any grocery store or commissary.
